1. QC during production, every production procedure carried out according to ISO9001 QC system.
* Material check
* Check at each stage of the manufacturing process
* Random inspections on every lot before being shipped to the warehouse

2. QC before shipment, Third party-professional quality inspection organization in Shanghai (like NMIC, Qua-City) will check each lot before shipment if necessary, to be sure everything is according to client's requirements.
* Goods being sent to our warehouse
* Sampling according to international standard
* Test in professional bearing inspection organization
* 100% bearing vibration inspection
* 100% bearing clearance inspection
